St. Paul's Lutheran School was officially dedicated on Sunday July 12, 2009. Church and School members traveled from either the current Church site or the former School site where preliminary activities took place. Special items from each location were gathered and a caravan left each location enroute to the new School location at 1780 Career Center Road in Bourbonnais, IL.

Upon arrival at the new School location shortly before 10am, Dedication Sunday continued with a ribbon cutting ceremony, special Church service in the School gym and then a sumptuous meal for all School and Church members and their families. After the meal, there were tours of the new School for our members and then a Community Open House with tours for all those in our community interested in the new St. Paul's School.

Preliminary attendance totals for the Worship Service came to nearly 550 members with many visitors from the local community coming later in the day for the Community Open House. It certainly was exciting to see the new gym "packed to the rafters" and the parking lot was just as full - all in all a GREAT Dedication Sunday!
